Accessory Cut Relay

Remove cowl side trim board left side. Locate and remove accessory cut relay. See Fig 1.
Using an ohmmeter, check that there is continuity across terminals 1 and 2, and continuity across terminals 3 and 4. See Fig 2. Continuity should not exist across terminals 3 and 5. If relay failed any condition, replace the relay, If relay operates as specified, go to step 3.
Using an ohmmeter, check that there is continuity between terminals 3 and 5 when battery voltage is applied across terminals 1 and 2. Continuity should not exist across terminals 3 and 4. See Fig 2. If relay failed any condition, replace the relay.
If relay operates as specified, reinstall accessory cut relay.
