Pin Voltage Tests

- Using voltmeter, check voltage between specified Engine Control Module (ECM) terminals with ignition on. See Fig 1. ECM is located behind glove box and contains 5 electrical connectors. See Figure. If voltage is not within specification, repair wiring harness or replace components as necessary. If voltages are within specification, ECM may be faulty.
- If necessary to replace ECM, see ENGINE CONTROL MODULE under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Ensure ignition keys are registered to the ECM. See KEY REGISTRATION IN AUTOMATIC REGISTRATION MODE under PROGRAMMING.
