Oil Cooler: Removal

  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 
  2. REMOVE OIL FILTER (See  REPLACEMENT  ) 
  3. REMOVE OIL COOLER 
    1. Disconnect the 2 oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler.
    2. Remove the union bolt, plate washer and the oil cooler.

    3. Remove the O-ring from the oil cooler.
