Output Rod Length Check

With master cylinder removed, apply 19.69 in. Hg vacuum to booster and 4.4 lbs. (2 kg) preload applied to output rod. Measure output rod length. See Fig 1. Specified length is:
- Models with Traction Control (TCS) system.409 in. (10.4 mm).
- Models with Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) system, -.244 in. (-6.2 mm).
