Automatic Transmission Floor Shift Assembly: Removal

1. REMOVE FRONT CONSOLE BOX  See REMOVAL .
   1. Remove the front door scuff plate LH.
   2. Remove the cowl side trim LH.
   3. Remove the front door scuff plate RH.
   4. Remove the cowl side trim RH.
   5. Remove the No. 1 lower panel.
   6. Remove the No. 2 under cover.
   7. Remove the No. 2 lower panel.
   8. Remove the upper console panel.
   9. Remove the center cluster finish panel.
   10. Remove the heater control assembly.
   11. Remove the rear console box.
   12. Remove the front console box.
2. DISCONNECT 2 CONNECTORS 
3. REMOVE 4 CLAMPS

4. DISCONNECT SHIFT CONTROL CABLE 
   1. Using pliers, remove the clamp.

   2. Disconnect the shift control cable from the shift lever assembly.
5. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY 

Remove the 4 bolts and the shift lever assembly.
