Inspection Procedure

  1. Check SLIP indicator light. 

    See the combination meter troubleshooting on PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE .

    NG: Repair or replace combination meter. 

    OK: Go To Next Step 

  2. Check for short circuit in harness and connector between ABS & TRAC ECU and SLIP indicator light  . See HOW TO USE THE DIAGNOSTIC CHART AND INSPECTION PROCEDURE .

    NG: Repair or replace harness or connector. 

    OK: Check and replace ABS & TRAC ECU.
