Charging System - Generators & Regulators - 5VZ-FE: Generator: Removal

  1. Disconnect Wiring From Generator 
    1. Disconnect the connector from the generator.
    2. Remove the nut and disconnect the wire from the generator.
    3. Disconnect the cord clamp from the generator.
  2. Remove Generator Drive Belt 
    1. Loosen the adjust lock nut, adjusting bolt and pivot bolt.
    2. Remove the drive belt.
  3. Remove Generator 
    1. Remove the pivot bolt, adjusting lock nut, adjusting bolt and adjusting slider.
    2. Remove the generator.
