Rear Seat: Reassembly

  1. Install rear seat inner belt  .

    Torque: 42 N.m (420 kgf.cm, 30 ft..lbf) 

  2. Install center belt  .

    Torque: 42 N.m (420 kgf.cm, 30 ft..lbf) 

  3. Install seat cushion under cover  .

    Place the under cover, seat track and cushion frame temporarily and then fix the under cover with the 5 screws.

  4. Install seat track  .
  5. Install seat lock lever  .

    Install the seat lock lever with the 2 E-rings.

  6. Install seat track adjusting handle  .
    1. Install the seat cushion lock control rod with the E-ring.
    2. Install the cushion frame with the 6 nuts.

      Torque: 44 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft..lbf) 

    3. Install the seat track adjusting handle.
  7. Install seat cushion cover  .
  8. Install reclining adjuster  .

    Install the reclining adjuster with the 4 bolts.

    Torque: 44 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft..lbf) 

  9. Install reclining rod  .
  10. Install seatback cover  .
    1. Install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.
    2. Install the seatback lock control bezel with the screw.
    3. Install the reclining release handle with the nut.

    4. Install the headrest supports.
    5. Zip the seatback cover closed.
    6. Replace the seatback cover.

  11. Install seatback assembly  .

    Install the rear seatback assembly with the 4 bolts.

    Torque: 44 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft..lbf) 

  12. Install reclining lower cover  .
  13. Install reclining adjuster cover  .
  14. Install headrest  .
