Inspection Procedure

  1. Check MPX-B, DCC, AM1 and DOOR fuse. 

    CHECK: 

    Check continuity of MPX-B, DCC, AM1 and DOOR fuse.

    OK: 

    Continuity 

    1. NG: Replace the failure fuse. 
    2. OK: Go to next step. 
  2. Check voltage between terminals B, B and E of Body ECU connector. 

    PREPARATION

    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect the Body ECU connector.

    CHECK: 

    Measure voltage between terminals B, B and E.

    OK: 

    Voltage: 10 - 14V 

    1. OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table  . See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLES .
    2. NG: Go to next step. 
  3. Check wire harness and connector between Body ECU and body ground  .HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT ECU CONTROLLED SYSTEMS .
    1. NG: Repair or replace wire harness or connector. 
    2. OK: Check and repair wire harness and connector between Body ECU and battery.
