Inner Rear View Mirror Assembly: Inspection
- Inspect inner rear view mirror assembly.
- Inspect the electro chromic inner mirror operation.
- Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 2.
- Attach a black colored tape to the forward sensor to prevent it from sensing.
- Light up the mirror with an electric light, and check that the mirror surface changes from "bright" to "dark".
If the operation is not as specified, replace the inner mirror.
- Inspect the electro chromic inner mirror operation.
