On-Vehicle Inspection

Set On Manifold Gauge Set (See MANIFOLD GAUGE SET )
Disconnect Connector
Run Engine At Approx. 2,000 Rpm
Set Blower Speed Control Switch To "HI" Position
Set Temperature Control Lever To "MAX. COOL" Position
A/C Switch On
Inspect Pressure Switch Operation
1. Connect the positive (+) lead from the ohmmeter to terminal 1 and negative (-) lead to terminal 2.

2. Check continuity between terminals when refrigerant pressure is changed, as shown in the illustration.

  If operation is not as specified, replace the pressure switch.
