Heater Unit: Disassembly

Remove Air Mix Servomotor
1. Remove the water valve control cable.
2. Disconnect the connector.
3. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.
Remove Air Outlet Servomotor
Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.
Auto A/C models:
1. Remove Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor
  1. After pulling off the clamp, pull out the sensor.
Remove Heater Radiator
1. Remove the 3 screws and 2 plates and clamp.

2. Pull out the heater radiator.
3. Remove the 2 screws and 2 clips, then disconnect the heater radiator pipes.
Remove Air Vent Duct
Remove the 2 screws and duct.
