Blower Motor: Inspection

Remove Glove Compartment Door. See Figure.
Remove Blower Motor
1. Disconnect the connector.
2. Remove the 3 screws and motor.

Inspect Blower Motor Operation
Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 1, then check that the motor operates smoothly.

If operation is not as specified, replace the blower motor.

Install Blower Motor
1. Install the motor with the 3 screws.
2. Connect the connector.
