Section 374 (Air Conditioning System): Condenser: Removal

- DISCHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
- REMOVE RECEIVER. SEE REMOVAL .
- REMOVE LIQUID TUBE
Loosen the nut and remove the liquid tube.
NOTE: Cap the open fittings immediately to keep moisture or dirt out of the system. - DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE
- Remove the nut and disconnect the hose clamp.
- Remove the bolt and disconnect the discharge hose.
NOTE: Cap the open fittings immediately to keep moisture or dirt out of the system. - REMOVE ELECTRIC COOLING FANS
- REMOVE CONDENSER
- Remove the 2 bolts and relay block No. 3.
- Remove the 2 bolts and 2 upper radiator supports.
- Remove the 2 condenser set nuts.
- Push the radiator toward engine.
- Push the condenser toward radiator and pull it upward.
