Inspection Procedure

  1. Check theft deterrent indicator. See  DOOR LOCKS & ANTI-THEFT SYSTEMS  . 
    1. NG Replace theft deterrent indicator. 
    2. OK Go to next step 
  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR BETWEEN THEFT DETERRENT INDICATOR AND BODY ECU, AND THEFT DETERRENT INDICATOR AND BODY GROUND  . 
    1. NG Repair or replace harness or connector. 
    2. OK Proceed to next circuit inspection shown on problem symptoms table. See  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE  .
