Clearing Zero Points

Clear zero points of yaw rate and deceleration by moving shift lever to P range, and turning ignition switch ON in a stationary condition. With switch ON, using tool (09843-18040), repeats cycles of short and open between terminals Ts and CG if DLC3 four times or more within 8 seconds. Check that the TRAC OFF indicator light is lit, indicating the recorded zero point is erased. Turn ignition switch OFF.

NOTE: When retrieving/calibrating zero point, even if ignition is NOT turned OFF in last step, and remains ON, yaw rate sensor zero point calibration CAN be completed. In this case, the TRAC OFF indicator light is lit for about 15 sec. and then starts blinking. (Normal code)
