Ignition Switch Circuit: Description

When ignition switch is turned to ON position, battery voltage is applied to terminal No. 14 (Red/Black wire) of theft deterrent ECU and terminal No. 17 (Gray wire) of multiplex body ECU harness connector B9. See Figure. When ignition is turned to ACC position, battery voltage is only applied to terminal No. 17 (Gray wire) of multiplex body ECU harness connector B9. Anti-theft horn will stop sounding when ignition is turned to ACC or ON position.
