RES/ACC Position

If cruise control operation is canceled by any of the various methods, but vehicle speed has not dropped below 25 MPH, the previously set speed can be resumed by moving the cruise control switch up to RES/ACC position and then releasing it.

While operating cruise control, if cruise control switch is lifted to RES/ACC position, vehicle will accelerate. Speed can be increased gradually or in one MPH increments.
