Test 4: Key Unlock Warning Switch Circuit

Turn ignition off. Remove 5-pin harness connector 1M from rear of instrument panel junction box. See Figure and Figure . Measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 5 (Blue/Black wire). See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If 10-14 volts is not present, repair Blue/Black wire. If 10-14 volts is present, proceed to next test listed. See ALL FUNCTIONS OF KEYLESS ENTRY DO NOT WORK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
