Park/Neutral Position Switch

Turn ignition on. Move shift lever from "D" to "N" position. If CRUISE control indicator light comes on when shift selector is in "N" position and goes off when shift selector is in "D" position, circuit for that switch is okay. Go to next step. If CRUISE indicator does not function as indicated, see SYMPTOM TESTS  and perform appropriate test(s).
