Section 347 (Engine Cooling System): Radiator: Removal

  1. Drain Engine Coolant  . See step  1 under REPLACEMENT.
  2. Remove Tool Box And Luggage Compartment Trim Box Cover 
  3. Remove Radiator Assembly 
    1. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and 2 spear wheel carrier extensions.

    2. Disconnect the 2 electric cooling fan connectors.
    3. Disconnect the 2 radiator hoses.

    4. Remove the 4 bolts and 2 radiator upper supports.
    5. Remove the 2 radiator lower support bushings.
  4. Remove Electric Cooling Fan From Radiator 

    Remove the 2 bolts and electric cooling fan assembly.
