⁽¹⁾	Perform appropriate circuit test under CIRCUIT TESTS . If more than one circuit test is listed, perform tests in order listed.

⁽⁴⁾	Perform TILT & TELESCOPIC ECU PIN VOLTAGE TESTS under COMPONENT TESTS. Repair or replace components as necessary.
