DTC Detecting Conditions

Detection of the following conditions may set DTC 43:

• When TRAC is not operating and ABS has output a DTC, but TRAC OFF indicator light is not operating during initial light check, ABS/TRAC ECU terminal WA is on and engine speed is 500 RPM or more and continues for one second or more.
• Solenoid relay circuit has open or short.
• Motor relay circuit has open or short.
• ABS solenoid circuit has open or short.
• TRAC solenoid circuit has open or short.
• Speed sensor malfunction exists.
• IG power source is high or low.
• Pump motor is locked.
