Actuator Check
NOTE:
Actuator check is performed using manufacturer's hand-held tester (scan tool). Diagnostic information for testing actuator without scan tool is not available from manufacturer. If actuator does not operate, check solenoid relay and motor relay (DTCs 11, 12, 13, and 14). If solenoid and/or motor relay are abnormal, replace appropriate relay as necessary.
