Trunk Opener Switch

  1. Disconnect 2-pin electrical connector at trunk opener switch. Trunk opener switch is located inside glove box. See Figure.
  2. Using ohmmeter, check that no continuity exists between both electrical terminals on trunk opener switch with switch in OFF position and continuity exists with switch in ON position. Replace trunk opener switch if defective.
