DTC Definitions
Check suspect components in order given. See COMPONENT TESTING. Checks consist mainly of a visual inspection and continuity checks. For diagnostic flow charts, see CIRCUIT TESTS .
DTC DEFINITIONS

| Code 11 | Open ABS control solenoid relay circuit, defective ABS control solenoid relay or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 12 | Short to voltage in ABS control solenoid relay circuit, defective ABS control solenoid relay or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 13 | Open or short in ABS control pump motor relay circuit, defective ABS control pump motor relay or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 14 | Short to voltage in ABS control pump motor relay circuit, defective ABS control pump motor relay or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 21 | Open or short in 2-position solenoid circuit for right front wheel, defective ABS actuator or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 22 | Open or short in 2-position solenoid circuit for left front wheel, defective ABS actuator or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 23 | Open or short in 2-position solenoid circuit for right rear wheel, defective ABS actuator or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 24 | Open or short in 2-position solenoidcircuit for left rear wheel, defective ABS actuator or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 31 | Malfunction of right front wheel speed sensor signal or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 32 | Malfunction of left front wheel speed sensor signal or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 33 | Malfunction of right rear wheel speed sensor signal or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 34 | Malfunction of left rear wheel speed sensor signal or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 35 | Open in left wheel speed sensor circuit. |
| Code 37 | One tire size is different from others. |
| Code 41 | Low battery voltage, or excessively high battery voltage. Check battery, voltage regulator and for an open, short in power supply circuit or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 43 - 4WD | Malfunction of deceleration sensor, sensor harness or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 44 - 4WD | Open or short in deceleration sensor circuit, defective deceleration sensor or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 43 - 4WD | Malfunction in deceleration sensor.Wire harness for deceleration sensor system, defective deceleration sensor or defective ABS ECU. |
| Code 51 | Actuator pump motor is locked or pump motor ground circuit open. |
| LIGHT ALWAYS ON | Malfunction of ABS ECU. |
