Throttle Body: Removal
- Drain cooling system. Remove air cleaner hose and intake air connector. See Figure.
- Disconnect control cables, air hose, vacuum hoses and electrical connectors at throttle body. Remove bolts/nuts, throttle body and gasket from air intake chamber. Disconnect remaining coolant hoses from bottom of throttle body. Remove screws, Idle Air Control (IAC) valve and gasket from throttle body (if necessary).
