Throttle Body: Removal

  1. Drain cooling system. Disconnect air intake hose from throttle body. Disconnect control cables, coolant hoses, vacuum hoses and electrical connectors at throttle body.
  2. Remove bolts/nuts, throttle body and gasket from air intake chamber. Remove screws, auxiliary air valve and "O" ring from throttle body (if necessary).
