Door Key Lock & Unlock Switch

  1. Locate door key lock and unlock switch connector behind door panel. Disconnect 8-pin connector. On driver's side, ensure continuity exists between switch terminals No. 1 (Blue/Black wire) and No. 5 (White/Black wire) with switch in UNLOCK position. Ensure continuity exists between switch terminals No. 5 (White/Black wire) and No. 6 (Red/White wire) with switch in LOCK position. Ensure no continuity exists between switch terminals with switch in OFF position.
  2. On passenger's side, ensure continuity exists between switch terminals No. 4 (Red/Yellow wire) and No. 8 (White/Black wire) with switch in UNLOCK position. Ensure continuity exists between switch terminals No. 7 (Blue/White wire) and No. 8 (White/Black wire) with switch in LOCK position. Ensure no continuity exists between switch terminals with switch in OFF position. If continuity is not as specified, replace switch and retest system.
