Taillight Control Relay Circuit

Turn ignition off and disconnect ATS ECU connector. Ensure battery voltage exists between ground and ECU terminal A23 (1996 Paseo, Light Green wire) or No. 19 (1995 Paseo, Green/Red wire). If battery voltage is not present, repair open or short in taillight control relay circuit. If battery voltage is present, replace ATS ECU and retest system.
