Cruise Control Ecu Circuit Testing

NOTE: Unless stated otherwise in testing procedures, perform all voltage tests using a Digital Volt-Ohmmeter (DVOM) with a minimum 10-megohm input impedance. Voltage readings may vary slightly due to battery condition or charging rate.

Cruise control ECU circuit testing is provided to help pinpoint a malfunctioning circuit. Checking pin values at CC ECU will help determine if CC ECU is receiving and sending proper signals. Using test chart may also help in determining if there is a short or open in wiring harness or connectors. If after testing all CC ECU pins, values are as specified and cruise control system does not function properly, replace CC ECU and recheck system operation.
