ISSUE & TIP

A Check Engine light and a Code 21 on a 1993-94 Toyota Corolla may be caused by a broken wiring harness at the main oxygen sensor connector.

The connector is mounted near the engine cooling fan, and vibration from the fan may break one or both of the oxygen sensor wires. Repair the connection with the factory replacement part number 82998-12360.
