Add Relay

  1. Disconnect electrical connector from ADD relay. The ADD relay is located below instrument panel on passenger's side of steering column. See Fig 1.
  2. Note ADD relay terminal identification. See Fig 2. Using ohmmeter, ensure continuity exists between terminals No. 2 and 6, and No. 1 and 3.
  3. Apply battery voltage to terminals No. 2 and 6. Using ohmmeter, ensure continuity exists between terminals No. 1 and 4. Replace ADD relay if defective. Reinstall electrical connector.
