Window Regulator: Installation

NOTE: Apply MP grease to window regulator rollers.
  1. Place the regulator through the service hole. Connect the connector. Install the regulator with two nuts. Tighten window regulator nuts to 48 in. lbs. (5.4 N.m)
  2. Install door inside panel frame with three bolts. Install four nuts. Tighten to 48 in. lbs. (5.4 N.m).
  3. Install front door weatherstrip by pushing down on the clips.
  4. Install window glass. Adjust window glass as necessary. See WINDOW GLASS  under ADJUSTMENTS.
  5. Install front door trim panel.
