Corolla & Tercel

Using an ohmmeter, measure resistance of pick-up coil. See Fig 1. If resistance is not 140-180 ohms at room temperature, replace pick-up coil. If resistance is within specification, proceed to PICK-UP COIL AIR GAP CHECK.
