Deceleration SENSORINSTALLATION Inspection

1. Remove the two clips, then remove the instrument lower center cover (in front of center console).
2. Inspect that the sensor direction is correct. See Fig 1.
3. Check that the sensor installation bolts are tightened properly. If not, tighten the bolts to 48 INCH lbs. (5.4 N.m).
4. Install the instrument lower center cover and two clips.
