Driver Window & Passenger Windows
To operate all windows, ignition switch must be in ON position. To raise or lower the windows, use the switch on each door. When both doors are closed, the windows will work for an additional 60 seconds after the ignition is turned off. They stop working when any of the doors are opened. The passenger windows can be operated by the additional switches on the driver's door.
To operate the driver's window, push the knob halfway down to lower the window and pull it up to raise the window. To automatically lower window, push the knob all the way down once. For the automatic operation, the window will fully open even if you let go of the knob. To stop the window, pull the knob up and release. Windows move as long as knob is operated. See Fig 1.
To operate the passenger window from the driver's door, use the additional switches. To lower the window, push the knob down. To raise the window, pull the knob up. To lock the passenger windows, push the WINDOW LOCK switch. With the WINDOW LOCK engaged, the passenger window cannot be raised or lowered. The indicator lights on the switches will tell you which of the switches can be operated. See Fig 2.
