Automatic Transmission

Speed sensor is located behind instrument cluster. For removal and installation procedures, see INSTRUMENT PANEL - STANDARD article.

Check that there is continuity between terminals A and B four times per each revolution of the speedometer shaft. See Fig 1. If operation is not as specified, replace the speedometer.
