Power Source Check: Notes

NOTE: Proceed with following tests only if directed from TROUBLE SHOOTING , Type "A" or Type "B" diagnostic codes. If cruise control system is diagnosed out of sequence, replacement of good components could result.

Turn ignition ON. Check for blown ECU-IG fuse and replace as necessary. If fuse is okay, go to next step. If fuse blows again, check for short circuit in wire between fuse and main switch connector terminal 2. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . If wire is okay, inspect main switch operation. See step 5) under MAIN RELAY.
