Fuel Pump: Removal

Disconnect negative battery cable from battery.
Drain fuel from tank.
Disconnect fuel lines from fuel tank.
Remove fuel tank.
Remove 7 screws and remove fuel pump bracket from fuel tank. See Fig 1.

Pull off lower side of fuel pump from bracket. See Fig 2.

Remove 2 nuts and disconnect wires from fuel pump.
Disconnect fuel hose from fuel pump.
Remove rubber cushion from bottom of fuel pump. See Fig 1.
Using small screwdriver, remove clip.
Pull out fuel pump filter.
