Float Level
Allow float to hang by its own weight. Using Carburetor Adjusting Gauge Set (09240-00014), check clearance between float tip and carburetor body. See Fig 1. Measurement should be taken without a gasket on air horn. Proper upper position float level is .213" (5.4 mm). To adjust, bend portion of float tip.
