Motor Operation

  1. Inspect motor operation by connecting the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1. Connect the negative (-) lead to terminal 2. See Fig 1, Fig 2, Fig 3 or Fig 4 . Check that the motor rod withdraws.
  2. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 2. Connect the negative (-) lead to terminal 1. Check that the motor rod protrudes.
  3. If there is no motor operation, replace the motor.
