Front Wiper Motor: Supra

  1. Disconnect wiring connector at wiper motor. Connect positive lead from battery to terminal No. 2. Connect ground wire to motor body. Motor should operate at low speed.
  2. Remove positive lead from terminal No. 2. Connect positive lead to terminal No. 1. Motor should operate at high speed.
  3. To check if motor stops running at raised position, run motor at low speed. Disconnect positive lead to stop motor at any location except raised position.
  4. Connect jumper wire between terminals No. 2 and 3. Connect positive lead to terminal No. 4. After motor operates again, it should stop running at stop position. Replace motor if it fails any test.
