Vacuum Regulator Valve (VRV)
Disconnect the vacuum hose from VRV leading to VSV and connect a vacuum gauge to it. Check that the vacuum gauge indicates zero above engine speed of 5000 RPM. If no problem is found reconnect hose to proper location.
