Rocker Arm Assembly
- If rocker arms appear loose, disassemble rocker arm assembly and measure rocker arm-to-shaft clearance. Clearance should be 0.0004 - 0.0020" (0.01 - 0.05 mm), with a maximum limit of 0.0031" (0.08 mm).
- If clearance exceeds maximum limit, replace rocker arms and/or shafts. Reassemble in reverse of disassembly, noting that all rocker arms are identical, but that all rocker stands are different.
