Center Console - Rear End Module, Assembly - Remove And Replace: Install
- Install the bolts (x5) that attach the rear end module to the rear end module assembly.
1 N.m (.7 lbs-ft)
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- 4 in extension
- Torque Wrench Hexagon - 1060071-00-A (for installation only)
- Install the bolt that attaches the ground harness to the rear end module assembly.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
- Ratchet/torque wrench
- 4 in extension
- Ratchet/torque wrench (for installation only)
- Connect the rear end module electrical connectors (x2).
- Fasten the datums (x2) that attach the rear end module assembly to the center console.NOTE:
- Install the screws (x8) that attach the rear end module assembly to the center console.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- Torque Wrench Hexagon - 1060071-00-A (for installation only)
NOTE: LH shown, RH similar - Connect LV battery power. See LV BATTERY - LI-LON - DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
- Install the rear underhood apron. See UNDERHOOD TRIM - REAR APRON ASSEMBLY - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Install the LH decor trim. See CENTER CONSOLE - HOCKET STICK, LH, ASSEMBLY - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Install the LH front side panel. See CENTER CONSOLE - CONSOLE SIDE PANEL, CARPET, RH, LHD - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Install the LH rear side panel. See CENTER CONSOLE - REAR SIDE PANEL, LH, ASSEMBLY - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Repeat step 8 through step 10 on the RH side of the vehicle.
- Install the rear end panel. See CENTER CONSOLE - CONSOLE REAR END PANEL, ASSEMBLY - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Install the center console phone deck. See INTERIOR TRIM - CENTER CONSOLE - CENTER CONSOLE - PHONE DOCK - CLIP - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Connect a laptop with Toolbox 3 to the vehicle. See TOOLBOX 3 - CONNECT AND DISCONNECT .
- In Toolbox, click the Actions/Autodiag tab, and then type "TEST-SELF_VCUSB_X_HVAC-ACTUATOR" into the search field.
- Click TEST-SELF_VCUSB_X_HVAC-ACTUATOR Search for routine in Toolbox, click Run , and allow the routine to complete.
- Disconnect the laptop with Toolbox 3 from the vehicle. See TOOLBOX 3 - CONNECT AND DISCONNECT .
