Body Controllers - Assembly, Shield, Vcfront - Remove And Replace: Remove
- Remove the rear underhood apron. See UNDERHOOD TRIM - REAR APRON ASSEMBLY - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Disconnect the LV power. See LV BATTERY - LI-LON - DISCONNECT AND CONNECT .
- Remove the LV power. See LV BATTERY - LI-ION BATTERY PACK - REMOVE AND REPLACE .
- Use a pocket screwdriver to press the connector tab, then push it to the left to disconnect the thermal sub-harness electrical connector from the front body controller.
- Remove the bolts (x2) that attach the front body controller shield to the front body controller, then remove the front body controller shield.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- 10 mm socket
- Cordless Ratchet/Impact Driver
- Ratchet/torque wrench
