Sensor - Radar - Interior - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Open the front doors and windows.
  2. Remove the LH and RH upper A-pillar trim. See Trim - A-Pillar - Upper - LH (Remove and Replace) .
  3. Remove the LH and RH sun visors. See Sun Visor - LH (Remove and Replace) .
  4. Remove the rear view mirror. See Mirror - Rear View (Remove and Replace) .
  5. Remove the quad camera upper cover. See CAMERA - OCCUPANT (REMOVE AND REPLACE) .
  6. Partially release the headliner along the front edge from the body.
  7. Disconnect the connector from the interior radar assembly.

  8. Release the bolt (torque 9 N.m) that attaches the interior radar to the body, release the clip (x1) and then remove the interior radar assembly from the vehicle.
    NOTE: The bolt is captive inside the radar housing and cannot be removed from the radar assembly.
