Harness - Front End Module - Remove And Replace: Install

  1. Position the FEM electrical harness into the vehicle, and then install the clips that attach the electrical harness to the front end carrier.

  2. Connect the LH and RH front end carrier harness electrical connectors, and then engage the connector locks.

  3. Connect the hood latch assembly electrical connector, and then engage the connector lock.

  4. Connect the hood latch actuator electrical connector.

  5. Connect the ambient sensor electrical connector, and then install the sensor cover onto the active grille shutter.

  6. Connect the active grille shutter electrical connector, and then engage the connector lock.

  7. Connect the radar sensor electrical connector.

  8. Connect the LH and RH front airbag sensors electrical connectors.

  9. Install the front fascia. See FASCIA - FRONT (REMOVE AND INSTALL)
  10. Install the underhood storage unit. See Underhood Storage Unit (Remove and Replace) .
  11. Close the LH front door.
