Light - Glove Box - Remove And Replace: Remove

  1. Remove the glove box assembly from the vehicle. See Glove Box (Remove and Replace) .
  2. Remove the screw that attaches the functional light engine to the glove box assembly, and then release the light engine from the assembly.

    2.5 N.m (1.8 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Torx T20 socket

  3. Remove the screw that attaches the glove box light to the glove box assembly, and then guide the light assembly through the opening in the glove box housing to remove it from the glove box assembly.

    2.5 N.m (1.8 ft-lbs) 

    Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:

    • Torx T20 socket
